I hope you all are doing well and are enjoying your preparations for Christmas! I am planning an event for mid-January. I am sorry I couldn't get anything planned for December. I will post a photo of a block calendar in a few days that will be an optional, pre-pay event since I need to pre-purchase the calendar kit and the blocks. More on that soon! Have a good day!

Wow, a week sure goes by fast when you're busy! Well, school is done for now, class parties are over... time to begin the last minute! Here is a simple layout that you can use with almost any set Christmas or not. This paper is Merry Moments DSP and the set used was *I think* SU! Sparkly and Bright. CUTE set!!!

EXPLOSION BOX
Here's a fun little project to use either as a small gift box with a message inside or add some photos and give as a gift in itself. I used Real Red and Chocolate Chip cardstock and Merry Moments DSP.
What a yummy combination! The ribbon is Chocolate Chip 5/8 inch grosgrain. Here is the link to the instructions on SCS!
Office desk set?
Hello! In this little sack I added self standing note pad from the Dollar Tree, our favorite Ikea jar with paperclips inside and a Tart and Tangy apple (glittered with Heat and Stick and Dazzling Diamonds) on a scallop for the lid, a DSP decorated pen and a rectangle coaster decorated with DSP to make the mini clipboard. (The ones we made last year with the coaster calendar). Any questions or if you need a closer photo please let me know! Hope you are getting your Christmas planning and shopping under control! Christmas is two weeks away! Yikes...

Coaster Calendars
I know most of you have seen this or made one at one of my Stamp Camps last year. This is just an update. I know a few of you have ordered the mini rip off calendars.
I made this for the staff appreciation at Chester which is why I used the retired paper that matches the Tart and Tangy stamp set (that is still available).
The apples are so cute and perfect for a teacher :) I also added the post it notes on the other side and a pen with DSP rolled up inside. Then, I added a Gold Canyon apple tealight so the package smells great! Tomorrow I will post the gift with the Ikea Jar...

Christmas Card close up
Okay, here's a close up... I used a retired roller in Real Red ink on the Real Red cardstock. Then I simply stamped everything assembly style, one color and stamp at a time and adhered to the card base. I added Dazzling Diamonds to the berries and done! Ink colors used: Soft Suede, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue and Real Red.
It may be too ambitious for you if you haven't started Christmas Cards by now but maybe you could think about Thank you cards? I'll be hosting a January event (possibly a thank you Stamp a Stack?) and introducing Sale - a- Bration which will run Jan - March!
SLACKER!
Wow! Has it really been THAT long since I've posted? Sigh... I need not say more! Here is my offering for today... you know the deal. I can't have another event until MY christmas cards are done-orders from Karl. They are almost done so I thought I'd share. I also have some little gifts that I made for Staff Appreciation at our school that shows off a fun use for our Ikea jars. I'll set that to post tomorrow morning.
On to the card-so simple and *I think* cute. It uses the set Berry Christmas which we used at the October stamp camp. It is simple to use and I love the images. The red bird has not been stamped yet in this photo but will post that also.
Hope it provides some inspiration! I may be able to host a calendar class but to be honest I don't know when I could do it. Let me know if that would be something you would be intersted in!
